Imam-e-Sadiq (as) ke sahabi, Halabi ne sawal kiya ke “moula (as) kya ijazath
hai ke mein aimma (as) ke thazkera apni namaz mein karu?†tab Moula (as) ne

would recite the following prior to standing up for prayers will, on the Day of
Judgement, be in the company of Mohammedsaww

O Allahswt! I stand before Youswt
through intercession of Mohammedsaww and Aly Mohammedsws.
I give them preference over my prayers and seek your closeness through themsws.
For theirsws sake, reward me with respect in this world as well as
in the hereafter. Bless me, as your obedient servant; favour me through
awarding Ahlul Baitsws’s recognition. May my life be finished in
theirsws obedience, recognition and Wilait. This would indeed be a
significant achievement for me. Youswt have all the authority and
control, in every respect (urdu)
“Ya allah mein Mohammed wa
Aaley Mohammed (as) ke waseele se theri tharaf muthawajjo hoon.Mein
in (as) ko mukhadam kartha hoon namaz se pehle (apni ibadathon per) aur in (as)
ke zariye se mein thujh se thaqreeb chahatha hoon pas thu in (as) ke wajah se
mujhe duniya wa aakherath mein izzath dei aur mukharib bana aur in (as) ki
maarefath atha kar ke mujh per ahsaan ker aur in (as) ki maarefath, ithaath wa
wilayeth per mera khathema kar yehi badi saadeth hai, thu har shaey per khadir

Mohammed wa aaley Mohammed (as) ke waseele se (After reciting these prayers),
