Salam alai kum, Ya Ali(a.s.) Madad,
First of all I thanx the allmighty Allah who is the creator of 14 Masumeen(a.s.) and then my thanx to Masumeen(a.s.) with whom grace I made you answer less except the repeatation of Copy-n-paste, own home work, source of knowledge etc etc. Dear brother I accept it that I copied and pasted the references of Quranic verses its translation and commentary from the site belongs to Sunni Muslims Muxlim.com, I have copied and pasted the references of traditions from Manla yazarul faqih which is available on hubeali.com, and Al-Kafi from the Site Al-kafi.com and from the official web sites of so called ayethullahs and from the book "Saqeefa Rafeeqa" of late Hamid bin Shabbir and from Altafseer.com. And I dont think that I did anything wrong to copy and paste the references required in support of my debate. And this thing can be, by a person who have interest in this and moreover graced by Masumeen(a.s.). If you are able to counter then do it, take it granted neither me nor any sincere person will question you the sources. Because motive is the criteria. You asked me why every time I replies in a Blog, just because of it. as I know what is the bottom line atleast by this way many readers are convinced and they paid thanx to me for elobarating this issue and providing such a usefull references. And one thing I want to bring to your kind notice dear, that I have plenty of replies from so called ayethullahs who failed to reply me and few of them asked me to refer so & so books, is it not there duty to reply ? Any of my brother or sister want to witness this then please contact me my ID is baig_raj_baig@yahoo.com I will forward their replies so that the black and white will be opened. And dear brother in the bigning itself you have refered me so called Ayethullah sistani, I have his replies with his official seal on a single issue i.e. when it was asked to him that whether this is the traditon of 6th Imam(a.s.) that "Every day is Ashoora and Every land is Karbala" in one reply he said yes and in another one he said no it is not. Those who are interested to witness can see it with their own eyes.
Here I once again quoting the same traditon that "Kuff of a momina is only a Momin" by 6th Imam(a.s.) Manlayazarul Faqih. Dear brother if at all you thinks that what I quoted is wrong then please prove it as the allah says in Quran "if you are correct then why dont you submit the evidence to your statement". Ma salam.

wasalam,
dear brother....you are completely missing my point.... all i said was that HARAAM things are clearly mentioned by Allah(swt) or masoomen(as)....
not usool-e-deen....furu-e-deen....etc.....dont know what you want to say by putting up a question like that...
HARAAM things are different brother...they have to be clearly specified...not just some assumptions....hope you understand that....
furthermore...do you know the meaning of TAQLEED...its to follow someone and to refer to him if...for example if questions/doubts arises....
now....pls tell me how do you communicate with our beloved 12th imam(atfs)...and how does he (atfs) respond to you....
hmmm.....once again....no clear proof....just shots in the air....
My Clarification and stance upon Taqleed basing upon the traditions and verses.
Here I quote the following statement from Articles of Islamic Acts (Agha Khoei),
pages1-2 (ref. 3). ‘It is necessary for a Muslim to believe in the fundamentals of faith (Usool-e-Deen) on the basis of proof and he cannot follow anyone in this respect, i.e., he cannot accept the word of another with regard to the fundamentals without demanding proof. However, in order to act on Islamic code (Faroo-e-Deen) a person must adopt one of the following methods: (i) The man concerned should be a Mujtahid himself and should be knowing the Articles of Acts on the basis of Ijtihad and reason; (ii) If he is not a jurist himself he should follow a jurist , i.e., he should act according to the judgment
(fatawa) of the jurist without demanding proof; (iii) If he is neither a jurist nor
a follower (Muqallid) he should act after taking such precaution that he should
become sure of his having performed his religious duty.’ Then you may ask me how could I act on the newly occurring circumstances, but the tradition of our 12th Imam(a.s) solved this issue before it arise see this tradition: Imam, Muhammad al-Mahdias said in a reply to Ishaq ibn Ya’qub: â€As far as newly occurring circumstances are concerned, you should turn (for guidance) to the narrators of our ahadith, for they are my proof over you just as I am Allah’s proof.†Shaykh at-Tabarsi, al-Ihtijaj, vo. 2, Najaf 1966, p. 283. and this tradition also be noted Imam Mohammed Baqiras said15: ‘Allahswt Says, I will punish all those who have followed an Imam who was not nominated by Me, regardless of their good deeds and extensive acts of worship but will forgive those who have followed My Just and Divine Imam, regardless of their enormous burden of sins’. Usool-e-Kafi, Chapter 85, Hadith, 4 (K.Haqiak, pp9) Here you, may still thinks that all the above sayings of Masomeen (a.s)are also known to Mujtahid, as they conduct a thorough research and spend their whole lives in analysing Ahadith and issues related to ‘Fiqh’! so we may follow the best knowledgeable person, ‘Marja’ who has extensively studied Quran and Ahadith and if he makes a mistake, in his judgement (fatwa), then he will be responsible for his mistake but we will not be penalised for his misjudgement, as we sincerely followed the best available source of knowledge but dear brother allah has already cleared this in the Quran Chapter 35, Verse 18. , No burdened (soul) may bear another’s burden: if some over-laden soul should call out for someone else to carry his load, no one would bear any part of it even though they were a near relative. You can only warn those who dread their Lord although (he is) Unseen, and keep up prayer. Anyone who purifies himself, only purifies his own soul. Towards God should remain one’s goal . , Here you or some other reader may think that if we come across with those issues related to which we cannot find an answer neither in the Quran nor in the traditions then what will be the course of action, hats up to the Masumeen(a.s) who clarified this too in Usool-e-Kafi, Chapter 19, Hadith 11 "I asked from (Imam) abu ‘Abdallahas, ‘Sometimes, we encounter those issues, related to which we cannot find an answer neither in the book of Allahswt nor in the Ahadith. Can we use our own analysis of the situation (use of analogies) and try to find a solution?’" The Imamas replied, "No, you must not do so. If you would find the correct solution, you will receive no rewards for it and if you derive a wrong conclusion then you have forged lies against Allahswt, the most Majestic, the most Glorious." Moreover the use of analogy/perception (fatwa) has been strongly forbidden in other Hadith from Imam-e-Jafar-e-Sadiq(a.s) as we see in Usool-e-Kafi, Chapter 19, Hadith 15 where a person asks Imam I asked from Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiqa.s. "The Sunnah, tradition of the holy Prophetsaw can not be leaned through analogy. Consider a woman has to make up for her lapsed fast due to menses but it is not obligatory on her to make up for her lapsed prayers under those conditions, whereas Salat is superior to Fast, O Aban, when analogy (process of fatawa extraction) is used, it would only destroy religion. So brother following perception when traditions are available and when our infallible Imam (a.s) is very well available and as per the 33rd Verse of Ar-raadh fe men hüve kaimün ala külli nefsim Ø£ÙŽÙَمَنْ هوَ قَآئÙÙ…ÙŒ عَلَى كلّ٠نَÙْسÙ
Is then He who standeth over every soul (translation by Sunni translator Abdullah Yusuf Ali) surrendering to a fallible person is totally wrong. And now I think I could present my stance on the issue of Taqleed and Ayethulla. Even after this you could not convinced then please pray for me to Allah to correct me. May Masumeen(a.s.) shower their blessings upon one and all true shia and guide every one seek guidance (ameen)
