These are the few Ahadees of Masumeen(as) and Verses of Quran after going through these if you feels to follow a non-masoom then please.

Aiat No.1
It’s a famous Aiat from Surat-al- Ambia, Chapter 21, Verse 7,
Before you We have sent only men whom We inspired. Ask people with (long) memories if you do not know it already.

The Arabic of people with long memories is ‘Ahhel-e-Zakir’, there are numerous traditions in Kafi, Tafseer Aiashi and Tafseer Qummi, from Ayiamah Masomeen a.s. in which it has been explained that ‘Zakir’ is referred to Rasool Allahs.a.w. , and ‘Ahhel-e-Zakir’ means the Ayiamah Masomeen a.s. and Muslims have the obligation to turn to Ahlul-Baita.s. for those matter which they do not know. In addition, it is narrated by Imam Razaa.s. in ‘Aoun Alakbar AlRaza’, that Allahs.w.t has sent ‘Zakir’ means Rasoola.s. (who was sent to you for the recitation of verses of Allahs.w.t), thus ‘Zakir’ is Rasool Allahs.a.w. and we are ‘Ahhel’ . In Kafi, Imam Mohammed Baqir Allaha.s. pointed his divine hand to his sacred chest and said we are the ‘Ahhel-e-Zakir’ and every single thing can be asked from us, while replying to a question on ‘Ahhel-e-Zakir’

Aiat No.2,
God testifies there is no deity except Himself, and so do the angles and persons possessing knowledge. Maintaining fairplay, there is no deity except Him, the Powerful, the Wise

In Tafseer Aishi and Tafseer Safi, page 80, it is narrated from Imam Mohemmad Baqir a.s. that ‘Aulul Ailm’ is referred to Prophets and their successors and they are firm on justice (‘Qiam bil Qiast’Wink .

Aiat No.3,
Those who have been given knowledge see that what has been sent down to you from your Lord is the Truth, and guides (us) along the Road to the Powerful, the Praiseworthy.

Tafseer-e-Safi, page 412 cites from Tafseer-e-Qummi that this Aiat is in praise of Amir-ul-Momaneena.s and the word ‘Haq’ is referred to Amir-ul- Momaneena.s

Aiat No.4,
You who believe, whenever someone tells you to make room at (any) sessions, then make room; God will make room for you (elsewhere). When it is said: ‘Move on ahead!’ then move on up. God will raise those of you who believe, in rank, as well as the ones who are given knowledge. God is informed about anything you do .

This is famous Aiat on ‘Aulul Amr’ and it is well known fact that the word ‘Aulul Amr’, is only and only for the Aima Athara.s and no non-masoom can have this title. Sunnis have been making use of this title for their rules, including Muavewahl.a. and Yaziadl.a.. However, the followers of Ahlul Baita.s have been told to only ascribe this title to Masomeen Athara.s. In one of our famous Tafseer ‘Majma Al-Biayan’ it is narrated that ‘Allahswt would never make it obligatory to follow a person, except a Masooma.s .

Aiat No.5
He is the One Who sent you down the Book which contains decisive verses. They (form) the basis of the Book; while others are allegorical. Those whose hearts are prone to falter follow whatever is allegorical in it, seeking to create dissension by giving (their own) interpretation of it. Yet only God knows its interpretation; those who are versed in knowledge say: ‘We believe init; it all comes from our Lord!’ However, only prudent persons bear it in mind .

The word used in the versed for the knowledge is ‘Wal Rasakhun fil Ailm’ which has been explained by Imam Jaffar-e-Sadiqa.s that it only refers to us and we are well versed in interpretation of the Book. . In Ahtajaj-e-Tabrasi, it is narrated from Amir-ul-momaneena.s that only Allahswt and Rasools.a.w. and ‘Wal Rasakhun fil Ailm’ (masomeen) know the true meanings of the verses of the book which are not explicit, although the enemies of Alhul Baita.s would succeed in forcefully seizing the inheritance of Rasool Allahsaw but will never be capable of claiming the thorough knowledge of the Book.

Aiat No.6
Believers should not march forth in a body; if a squadron from each division of them should march forth, they should still instruct (others) in religion and warn their folk when they return to them so that they may take precautions .

When asked from Imam Jafar-e-Sadiqa.s (‘Alul Sharaia’Wink , a group of people narrate from Rasool Allahsaw that Prophetsaw said that the disagreement among my followers (Ummah) is Allah’s blessing. Imama.s. replied, if that is so and disagreement is a blessing then their agreement would be Allah’s wrath! Imama.s. said they have taken the incorrect meanings and explained, Thus Allahswt asked newly converts to form small groups among themselves and visit Rasool Allahsaw and learn Islam and go back to their tribes in order to teach others. And Rasool Allahsaw has taken the meaning of ‘Albaladan’ as different cities and not as ‘Albaladan in Deen’, Imama.s. told his followers that there is only one Deen and there is no room for difference of opinion in it.

Aiat No.7
Do not worry over something you have no knowledge about: your hearing, eyesight and vital organs will all be questioned concerning it .

In the explanation of ‘la Taqfu ma Leesa laka bahi Ilmun’, it is narrated by Imam Zain-ul-Abadeena.s. (‘Alul Sharaia’Wink , that you do not have any jurisdiction to comment on religious affairs as per your predilection, as Allahswt Says and recited this Ait of Quran Shareef. Rasool Allahsaw prayed for the blessing of a person who would only say the ‘Haq’ and otherwise keep silent so that be saved from being engulfed by the evil powers. In addition, Prophetsaw said that you should not even listen to whatever you feel like except what has been made permissible by Allahswt and recited ‘Innsama wal Baseer’.

Aiat No.8
Whenever they are told: ‘Come to what God has sent down, and to (hear) the Messenger,’ they say: ‘We are satisfied with what we found our forefathers doing;’ even though their forefathers did not know anything and were not guided!

In another Aiat Allahswt Says:

Aiat No.9
When he told his father and his folk: ‘What are these images which yhouare so devoted to?’ They said: ‘We found our forefathers serving them.’ He said; ‘You and your forefathers have been in such obvious error.’

In Tafseer Safi it is explained that ‘Hasbuna ma wajadna’, was the only flawed pledge of the Idol worshiper of Mecca, indicating their poor wisdom and blind faith on their religious scholars.

Ahadith from Masomeena.s. on Seeking Religious Advice

There are also seven Ahadith from Masomeena.s, which have been quoted in favour of following a Fuqahi. These are the words of Masomeena.s and we must accept them without any excuse or being relaxed on the conditions which are set out our Aimah Athara.s. The qualities of Fuqaha, included in these seven Ahadith are outlined below:

1. Control of his wonself;
2. Protects his religion;
3. Suppresses his evil desires;
4. Obedient to the commands of his Master;
5. You must seek out one among yourselves who narrates our traditions, who is versed in what is permissible and what is forbidden, who is well-acquainted with our laws and ordinances;
6. One who refrains from committing wrong, mentions his faith, opposes carnal desire and obeys Allah’s command;

Finally a hadith is presented as it was quoted:

In reply to a question Ishaq Ibn Yaq'ub had sent to the Imam (AF) via the second deputy: "As far as newly occurring circumstances are concerned, you should turn (for guidance) to the narrators of our hadiths, for they are my proof over you just as I am Allah's proof over them" (Al-Ihtijaj, Al-Tabrasi, vol 2, p 260, Al-'Amili, Wasail Al-Shia, vol 18, p 101, Bihar Al-Anwar, Al-Majlisi vol 53, p 181):

From the above quoted Quranic Aiat and Ahadith from Masomeena.s there is no evidence of Ijtihad or necessity of Taqleed. We have been simply asked to follow Allahswt’s Deen as has been explained by the Masomeena.s in all aspects, circumstances and time. And in the case of lack of knowledge, or newly occurring circumstances, we should turn to those pious and loyal scholars who are the narrators of Ahadith of Masomeena.s.

Therefore, all the Aiats and Ahadith do not allow, in any circumstances, to interpret the laws of Allahswt , by anyone who is not selected by Allahswt (Masomeena.s), which is referred to ‘Ajtihad’ these days and is found in the ‘Rasala or Tousi’ of today’s ‘Mujtahid’s publication. And all of ‘Tousi’ writers are considered as Fuqaha. As a result, the practice of propagation of Quran and Ahadith has been either abandoned altogether or at least are limited to majalis. Consequently, Islamic rulings based on ‘Ajtihad’ (a form of Qias), in all aspects of life, have emerged. These ‘guidelines’ (Tousi) based on ‘Ajtihad’ from various Mujtahideen do not always agree in various aspects of Deen, therefore conform to the stance of Sunni who believe in ‘Disagreement in Allah’s Deen’ is a Blessing’.

May Allah swt enable us to follow His Deen as has been interpreted by Masomeena.s and explained in their Ahadith, and is transmitted to us by the narrators of their Ahadith without any twist of ‘Ajtihad’. Amin SumAmin!

similarly, taqleed is following someone who has devoted his life to study islam...

it is confused by some people and thus create fitna that taqleed is an intergeral part of shia form of islam...

if a person doesnt wish to do taqleed of some one....then he should either be an islamic scholar himself (which i dont think is true for the author of this BOLG)... and if not, then she should do his own research on daily issues that he/she comes accross....

dear bro, i've noticed your copy and paste work on some blogs.....WELL...THAT IS ALSO TAQLEED OF THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR....

people who just cant wait to start a new blog should first do enough research not just go ahead with a copy and paste job...

Salam alai kum, Ya Ali(a.s.) Madad,

First of all I thanx the allmighty Allah who is the creator of 14 Masumeen(a.s.) and then my thanx to Masumeen(a.s.) with whom grace I made you answer less except the repeatation of Copy-n-paste, own home work, source of knowledge etc etc. Dear brother I accept it that I copied and pasted the references of Quranic verses its translation and commentary from the site belongs to Sunni Muslims Muxlim.com, I have copied and pasted the references of traditions from Manla yazarul faqih which is available on hubeali.com, and Al-Kafi from the Site Al-kafi.com and from the official web sites of so called ayethullahs and from the book "Saqeefa Rafeeqa" of late Hamid bin Shabbir and from Altafseer.com. And I dont think that I did anything wrong to copy and paste the references required in support of my debate. And this thing can be, by a person who have interest in this and moreover graced by Masumeen(a.s.). If you are able to counter then do it, take it granted neither me nor any sincere person will question you the sources. Because motive is the criteria. You asked me why every time I replies in a Blog, just because of it. as I know what is the bottom line atleast by this way many readers are convinced and they paid thanx to me for elobarating this issue and providing such a usefull references. And one thing I want to bring to your kind notice dear, that I have plenty of replies from so called ayethullahs who failed to reply me and few of them asked me to refer so & so books, is it not there duty to reply ? Any of my brother or sister want to witness this then please contact me my ID is baig_raj_baig@yahoo.com I will forward their replies so that the black and white will be opened. And dear brother in the bigning itself you have refered me so called Ayethullah sistani, I have his replies with his official seal on a single issue i.e. when it was asked to him that whether this is the traditon of 6th Imam(a.s.) that "Every day is Ashoora and Every land is Karbala" in one reply he said yes and in another one he said no it is not. Those who are interested to witness can see it with their own eyes.

Here I once again quoting the same traditon that "Kuff of a momina is only a Momin" by 6th Imam(a.s.) Manlayazarul Faqih. Dear brother if at all you thinks that what I quoted is wrong then please prove it as the allah says in Quran "if you are correct then why dont you submit the evidence to your statement". Ma salam.

Scorpiion'message

wasalam,

dear brother....you are completely missing my point.... all i said was that HARAAM things are clearly mentioned by Allah(swt) or masoomen(as)....

not usool-e-deen....furu-e-deen....etc.....dont know what you want to say by putting up a question like that...

HARAAM things are different brother...they have to be clearly specified...not just some assumptions....hope you understand that....

furthermore...do you know the meaning of TAQLEED...its to follow someone and to refer to him if...for example if questions/doubts arises....
now....pls tell me how do you communicate with our beloved 12th imam(atfs)...and how does he (atfs) respond to you....

hmmm.....once again....no clear proof....just shots in the air....

My Clarification and stance upon Taqleed basing upon the traditions and verses.

Here I quote the following statement from Articles of Islamic Acts (Agha Khoei),

pages1-2 (ref. 3). ‘It is necessary for a Muslim to believe in the fundamentals of faith (Usool-e-Deen) on the basis of proof and he cannot follow anyone in this respect, i.e., he cannot accept the word of another with regard to the fundamentals without demanding proof. However, in order to act on Islamic code (Faroo-e-Deen) a person must adopt one of the following methods: (i) The man concerned should be a Mujtahid himself and should be knowing the Articles of Acts on the basis of Ijtihad and reason; (ii) If he is not a jurist himself he should follow a jurist , i.e., he should act according to the judgment

(fatawa) of the jurist without demanding proof; (iii) If he is neither a jurist nor

a follower (Muqallid) he should act after taking such precaution that he should

become sure of his having performed his religious duty.’ Then you may ask me how could I act on the newly occurring circumstances, but the tradition of our 12th Imam(a.s) solved this issue before it arise see this tradition: Imam, Muhammad al-Mahdias said in a reply to Ishaq ibn Ya’qub: ”As far as newly occurring circumstances are concerned, you should turn (for guidance) to the narrators of our ahadith, for they are my proof over you just as I am Allah’s proof.” Shaykh at-Tabarsi, al-Ihtijaj, vo. 2, Najaf 1966, p. 283. and this tradition also be noted Imam Mohammed Baqiras said15: ‘Allahswt Says, I will punish all those who have followed an Imam who was not nominated by Me, regardless of their good deeds and extensive acts of worship but will forgive those who have followed My Just and Divine Imam, regardless of their enormous burden of sins’. Usool-e-Kafi, Chapter 85, Hadith, 4 (K.Haqiak, pp9) Here you, may still thinks that all the above sayings of Masomeen (a.s)are also known to Mujtahid, as they conduct a thorough research and spend their whole lives in analysing Ahadith and issues related to ‘Fiqh’! so we may follow the best knowledgeable person, ‘Marja’ who has extensively studied Quran and Ahadith and if he makes a mistake, in his judgement (fatwa), then he will be responsible for his mistake but we will not be penalised for his misjudgement, as we sincerely followed the best available source of knowledge but dear brother allah has already cleared this in the Quran Chapter 35, Verse 18. , No burdened (soul) may bear another’s burden: if some over-laden soul should call out for someone else to carry his load, no one would bear any part of it even though they were a near relative. You can only warn those who dread their Lord although (he is) Unseen, and keep up prayer. Anyone who purifies himself, only purifies his own soul. Towards God should remain one’s goal . , Here you or some other reader may think that if we come across with those issues related to which we cannot find an answer neither in the Quran nor in the traditions then what will be the course of action, hats up to the Masumeen(a.s) who clarified this too in Usool-e-Kafi, Chapter 19, Hadith 11 "I asked from (Imam) abu ‘Abdallahas, ‘Sometimes, we encounter those issues, related to which we cannot find an answer neither in the book of Allahswt nor in the Ahadith. Can we use our own analysis of the situation (use of analogies) and try to find a solution?’" The Imamas replied, "No, you must not do so. If you would find the correct solution, you will receive no rewards for it and if you derive a wrong conclusion then you have forged lies against Allahswt, the most Majestic, the most Glorious." Moreover the use of analogy/perception (fatwa) has been strongly forbidden in other Hadith from Imam-e-Jafar-e-Sadiq(a.s) as we see in Usool-e-Kafi, Chapter 19, Hadith 15 where a person asks Imam I asked from Hazrat Imam Jafar-e-Sadiqa.s. "The Sunnah, tradition of the holy Prophetsaw can not be leaned through analogy. Consider a woman has to make up for her lapsed fast due to menses but it is not obligatory on her to make up for her lapsed prayers under those conditions, whereas Salat is superior to Fast, O Aban, when analogy (process of fatawa extraction) is used, it would only destroy religion. So brother following perception when traditions are available and when our infallible Imam (a.s) is very well available and as per the 33rd Verse of Ar-raadh fe men hüve kaimün ala külli nefsim أَفَمَنْ هوَ قَآئِمٌ عَلَى كلِّ نَفْسٍ

Is then He who standeth over every soul (translation by Sunni translator Abdullah Yusuf Ali) surrendering to a fallible person is totally wrong. And now I think I could present my stance on the issue of Taqleed and Ayethulla. Even after this you could not convinced then please pray for me to Allah to correct me. May Masumeen(a.s.) shower their blessings upon one and all true shia and guide every one seek guidance (ameen)

hey...salalm....thanks a lot for your reply...

firstly, your msgs are a bit over explanatory... for example, all i needed to know whether you follow any ayatollah or not...if you do then pls let me know who is it.... and i'm given why ayatollah's are necessary....BY THE WAY THANKS A LOT FOR THAT INFO. WAS VERY NICE....
BUT....you didnt tell which ayatollah you follow....maybe i missed it or something....but do let me know which ayatollah do you follow...

ok...another favour, find out whether the ayatollah you follow allows (doesn't declare it as HARAAM) marriage between shias and non shias.

furthermore, with the hadiths that you have provided, non of them have said that MARRIAGE OF A SHIA WITH A NON-SHIA IS HARAAM...dear bro, WHATEVER IS HARAAM IS EXPLICITLY MENTIONED by the All Might Allah subhana-wa-atala...or atleast the Holy Masoomeen(as) convey us to them in a direct manner.... As in the case of HARAAM things, Allah(swt) doesnt give clues or riddles rather its simple direct....

all i'm asking from you is 2 things-
1) to provide a DIRECT and CLEAR hadiths and
2) let me know which ayatollah do you do taqleed of and what is his stance on shia~non-shia marraige....

i'm really sorry if my words hurt you in anyway....but its my nature not to talk in circles...as a result sometimes my tone seems a bit harsh...

once again...pls forgive me if you felt bad or anythin...

jazakallah...do remember in prayers...khudahafiz

Salam alai kum, Ya Ali(a.s) Madad,

Hope doing fine, dear brother when there is clear instruction of Imam-e-jaffer-e-Sadiq(a.s.) in the Manla yazarul Faqih Vol.II of Shaik-e-Sadooq "Kuff of a Momina is only a Momin" then what furthur it requires, may be you want a tradition by this "Marriage of a Shia Girl with Non Shia is Haram" the day when I gets such tradition Inshallah I will quote. And brother do a favour to me by providing a tradition where any of Masumeen(a.s.) said that "usool-e-Deen" are five and "Furu-e-Deen" are ten or the latest change of Six" I will be ever thankful to you, or any Verse where these figures are mentioned.

And secondly how far I remember in my last message I have mentioned that I consider only infallibles as "Ayethullah" and a minimum of Five Quranic Verses were quoted in support to my faith. Due to typographical or some other error you might not found that. Any how I once again mentioning here that In the light of so many Quranic Verses and Traditions of Masumeen(a.s.) only 14 infallibles are only "Ayethullahs" (Signs of Allah) and the present sign of Allah is our 12th Imam(a.s.). And I do taqleed of my Imam-e-Waqth (a.s.). This doesnot means that I reject shcolars, I do respect and bow my head touch there feet to every of such scholar who guides us in the light of Quran and Ithrath only. As only these two sources of guidance were left by the prophet(s). I neither reject any one of these two nor I accept any addition in these two. And dear brother please guide me if I am wrong by quoting traditions or Verses.

Query by Scorpiion brother

salam bro,
thanks for your swift and elaborate reply...
sorry to say....BUT...you have failed to provide direct hadiths....
furthermore...your conclusions are derived from assumption rather than straight forward stuff...
your very long explanation largely consisted about the obedience to the Holy Porphet(sawa) and the Holy Imams(as)....but you havent provided a single hadith from them. dear bro, apart from assumptions; if you DONOT have any hadiths to provide, then atleast post any ruling of our marja and ayatollahs...who i beleive are very knowledgeable. As far as grand ayatollah sistaani is concerned... i donot think its wise to put him in dim light without proving yourself....but if you are an ayatollah yourself then its a different story...furthermore, i donot think you do TAQLEED.....correct me if i'm wrong and let me know which ayatollah do you follow....

Clarification submitted by me (Tabarayi)

Salam alai kum, Ya Ali(a.s.) madad,

Dear bro scorpiion, I once again mentioning the reference may please be seen Furooh – e – Kafi volume 5, Bihar – Al – Anwar, Ad – Damatus – Sakiba by Agha Baqar Dahdashti Bahbani Najfi (ra) Volume 2, page 544 Urdu and Rasoom – Ush – Sharayya Fi Mizan Asharayya by Mohammed Hasnain Sabqi Najfi (ra) etc. Secondly if you consider Shia as superior than non Shias, which has been recorded even in Sunni Books I give here a reference of Sunni commentrator Muhammad bin Ali narrates in Tafsir ibne Jarir, Volume 33 page 146 (Cairo edition) that the Prophet (saww) said: "The best of creations are you Ali and your Shi'as". so when the non shias admits that shias are superior then no more explanation required on this issue. And the issue of Kuff is clear in the Verses and also in the traditions. And for wife her husband is her "Kafeel" ( Kafeel = sponsor, guardian, a person who leads, a person who take care in all aspect, who takes decission for, etc.) and this is also the rule by the god that "Mafzool" will not be a kafeel to "Afzal". Inshallah I will try to convince you with more references if with this too you have not convinced. Now to you another question regarding Whether I do Taqleed or Not, and if so of which Ayethullah? Brother how could I deny Taqleed and become a "Kafir", no, "Taqleed" is unavoidable (lazim) "Wajib" is different and "Lazim" is quite different such as "Furu-e-Deen" are Wajib, and "Usool-e-Deen" are Lazim, among the "Furu-e-Deen" the top one is "Namaz" which is "Wajib" but it is after attaining to the age of "baligh" otherwise it is "sakith", for women few days "sakith", it is sakith when you are in journey, it is also sakith upon a metally disabled person, etc. But the lazim is Usool-e-Deen, on any moment any situation any circumstances it can not be omited (sakith), I think here I could described a little bit the difference between "Wajib" and "Lazim", and I am sure you may be knowing more and more on this issue, please do not think otherwise, as here it requires so I did. And brother I do Taqleed of "Ayethullah" Now we will see who are the "Ayethullahs" The meaning of this word is "Sign of Allah" and many a times in the 6666 Verses of Quran this word has come for an example (1) Al-Baqara <2:252> Arabi :Tilka ayatu Allahi natlooha AAalayka bialhaqqi wainnaka lamina almursaleena 2:252 These are the SIGNS OF ALLAH. we rehearse them to thee in truth: verily Thou art one of the apostles. (2) Min qablu hudan lilnnasi waanzala alfurqana inna allatheena kafaroo biayati Allahi lahum AAathabun shadeedun waAllahu AAazeezun thoo intiqami 3:4 Then those who reject Faith in the SIGNS OF ALLAH will suffer the severest penalty, and Allah is Exalted in Might, Lord of Retribution. (3) Inna allatheena yakfuroona biayati Allahi wayaqtuloona alnnabiyyeena bighayri haqqin wayaqtuloona allatheena yamuroona bialqisti mina alnnasi fabashshirhum biAAathabin aleemin 3:21 As to those who deny the SIGNS OF ALLAH and in defiance of right, slay the prophets, and slay those who teach just dealing with mankind, announce to them a grievous penalty. (4) Ya ahla alkitabi lima takfuroona biayati Allahi waantum tashhadoona 3:70 Ye People of the Book! Why reject ye the SIGNS OF ALLAH, of which ye are (Yourselves) witnesses? (5) Alam tara ila allatheena yujadiloona fee ayati Allahi anna yusrafoona40:69 Seest thou not those that dispute concerning the SIGNS OF ALLAH. How are they turned away (from Reality)?- So brother now whom do you consider as ayethullahs, infallibles or fallibles. And one thing is clear infallibles are only 14, and more over we see in “Manla yazarul Faqi by Shaik-e-Sadooq Vol.II a tradition of Imam-e-Jafer-e-Sadiq (a.s.) “NAHNO AYETHULLAH” and in the same book you will find that among 14 infallibles only Moula Ali(a.s.) is Ayethullah-ul-Uzmah. So I do taqleed of infallible Ayethullah of this period. And particularly if you concentrate on this verse of 3:70 Ye People of the Book! Why reject ye the SIGNS OF ALLAH, of which ye are (Yourselves) witnesses? You can easily understand that during the era of souls (Aalem-e-Arva) whom we witnesses. More over there are many verses where we have been asked not to follow those who are fallibles. Please see Sura-e-Furqaan.
