Janab-e-yaqoob jo Hazrath-e-Meesum-e-Tammar ke farzand hain unhoney rivayeth ki hai ke wo aik baar Imam-e-Mohammed-e-Baqer (a.s) ki khidmath mey hazir huwey aur Imam (a.s) se arz ki ke, Aye Farzand-e-rasool (a.s) mein aap per fida hoon, Mujhey apney pidar-e-buzurgwar (Meesam-e-Tammar) ki tehreeron mey miltha hai ke Ameer-al-momineen (a.s) ne merey pidar-e-buzurgwar se farmaya ke “Aal-e-mohammed (a.s) ke dosth ko dosth rakho agarchey ke wo fasiq aur zinakar hi kyun na ho, aura al-e-mohammed (a.s) ke dushmano ko dushman rakho agar chey ke wo bada hi rozedar aur bada hi namaz guzar kyun na ho. Sheikh Ibn-e-Babuye ne kaha hai ke mujhey Ali bin Baghdadi ne qabar dee ke mein baqra mey tha, Ibn-e-Jawsheerdah Shamsi ne mujhey soney ke chand tukdey diye ke Baghdad mey Husain bin Rooh ko dedoon. Aik tukda gum ho gaya, mein ne aik tukda usi wazan ke barabar qareed kiya aur usi mey mila diya, aur Hussain bin Rooh ke paas le-gaya. Jab mein ne khola, aap ne us khareed shuda tukdey ki taraf ishara kiya aur kaha ke is tukdey ko uthalo jo gum shuda ke aiwez tum ne qareeda hai, wo humarey paas pahonch gaya hai, aur haath badaya aur gumshuda tukda mujhey dikhaya, mein ne us tukdey ko pehchana. Janab Hussain bin rooh, ghaibet-e-soghra ke safer hain Imam-e-Zamana (ajtfj) ke tho itney ba-kamal hain ke ilm-e-ghaib rakhtey hain. Jab Safeer itna ba-kamal ho, ken a sir film-e-ghaib ka izhaar kiya balkey apney ilm-o-kamal ke zariye us soney ke tukdey ko hasil karliye, Phir “Nayeb” ko tho aur bhi zyada ba-kamal hona chahiye, kuch tho kamalaath aisey zahir hon ke muneeb jaisa lagey agar na lagey tho phir nayeb kaisa? Jab ke hum dekhtey hain ke fee zamana nayeb honey ke davedar apney mulk ki zameen ka kuch hissa hasil karney ke liye Batil se ithehaad ki ratt laga rahey hain, aur la-tadaad logon ki jaan ki bazi lagakar bhi usey hasil karney se ajiz hain. Shaikh-e-Mufeed ne ba-sanad-e-Motabar, Yousuf Bin Zabiyan se rivayet ki hai – Wo kehtey hain ke mein ne Imam-e-Jaffer-e-Sadiq (a.s) ki khidmat mey hazir tha, Imam (a.s) ne farmaya ke log momineen ki mouth ke baad unki rohon ke bairey mey kya kehtey hain? Mein ne arz ki ke kehtey hain ke sabz-tayeron (green birds/flies) ke papotey mey rehti hain. Imam (a.s) ne farmaya “Subhanallah, momineen quda ke nazdeek is se zyada izzath waley hain, jab momin ki mouth ka waqt hota hai tho us ke paas Janab-e-rasoolallah (sawaws), Ali (a.s), Bibi (s.a), wa Hasnain (a.s) atey hain aur unkey saath qudah ke muqarrab farishtey hotey hain, us waqt agar quda ne momin ki zaban ko toheed-e-ilahi, nabuwath-e-risalath aur Aimma (a.s) ki wilayeth ki shahdath ke liye goya kiya tho wo Rasoolalah (sawaws) aur Ali (a.s), Bibi (s.a), Imam-e-Husnain (a.s) aur unkey saath muqarrab farishton ke liye gavahi deta hai, aur agar uski zaban band huwi tho quda wanda-e-alam chunkey uskey dil ke un aqayed ko janta hai, is liye apney paighamber (sawaws) ko maqsoos fermata hai ke Sarkar (sawaws) momin ki taraf se shahadath dey, ke yeh Rasoolalah (sawaws) hain, yeh Ali (a.s) hain, yeh Bibi (s.a) hain, aur yeh Aimma (a.s) hain, aur inkey saath muqarrab farishtey hain. Chunkey quda wanda-e-alam uski rooh se agah hota hai, usko waisi hi surath ke misle surath mey jaisi ke duniya mey rakhta tha, behisht mey lejaya jata hai, wo momin behisht ke taam (ghizayen) khata hai wahan ka pani peeta hai aur wo taza mara huwa insan jab un logon ke paas pahonchta hai jo bahisht mey pehley se moujood hotey hain, tho wo usi shakle wa surath se unko pehchanta hai jo wo duniya mey rakhtey they”(Haqqul Yaqeen Vol.II Page No.65 & 66)

Imam (ajtfj) ne saaf saaf kaha hai ke ghaibet-e-kubra ke zamaney mey raviyan-e-ahadees se ruju karen ke wo tum per hamari janib se aisey hi hujjat hain jaisey hum allah ki janib se unper hujjath hain. yahan kaheen bhi lafz-e-"mujtahid" moujood nahi, aur taqleed-e-ghair-e-masoom ke qayel hazraath ka manna hai ke is se murad mujtahid hain. Wo becharey agar is baat per ghour karletey ke "Mujtahid" bhi arabi zaban ka lafz hai aur "ravi" bhi. Ravee kehtey hai usey jo kisi ki kahee baath, ya kisi guzrey huwey waqaye ko jyun ka tyun (as it is) likh kar ya kehkar bayan karey. Jab key mujtahid kehtey hain usey jo "Ijtehaad" karey. Ijtehaad baghair-e-aqle aur fahem nahi ho sakta. Aur kisi bhi shaks ka fahem ya uski aqle kisi bhi qoul ya ayet per us shaks ke liye tho hujjat hogi laikin dusrey ke liye hargiz hujjat nahi ho sakti. Maslan Imam-e-Moosa-e-Kazim (a.s) ke 3 sahabi teeno ko jawaban aik arabi ka hurf "jeem" mila aik ki aqle aur fahem ne faisla kiya ke is jeem se murad "jila-watani" hai aur usney jila watani aiqtiyar kiya, dusrey ko laga ke is jeem se murad "jabal" hai lehaza usney pahad ki balandi per qayam kiya, aur aik sahabi wahab bin amro (behlool-e-dana) ka fahem is jeem ke mana "junoon" tasleem kiya lehaza unhoney junoon aiqtiyar kiya. Aur phir Usool-e-kafi ki pehli jild kitabul aqle mey masumeen (a.s) ki hadees moujood hai jahan bayan huwa hai ke "har shaks se uski marefath/aqle wa fahem ke mutabiq sawal hoga" yeh nahi kaha gaya ke kisi mujtahid ki aqle ya fahem ke mutabiq sawal hoga. Jahan quran-e-nathiq ne yeh baat kahi waheen quran-e-samith ka bhi yehi faisla hai. Lehaza humey ravi se riwayet leni chahiye uski rai nahi. aur jab imam (a.s) ne kaha ke ghaibet ke daur mey raviyan se ruju karo tho tha roz-e-qayamat raviyon ka hona lazmi hai. Aur har wo shaks ravi-e-hadees hai jo aap tak ya tehreer mey ya taqreer mey hadees pesh karey.

Imam-e-Hassan-e-Askari (a.s) ne jahan lafz-e-faqeeh se ruju honey ki baath kahee wahan yeh mujtahideen hazraath within bracket ( ) mujtahid ka lafz ghused detey hain. Jab ke lafz-e-faqeeh bhi lafz-e-mujtahid ki tarha arabi lafz hai. Agar ravi ya faqeeh se murad mujtahid hota tho kya imam (a.s) ne (mazallah) na-kafi lafz ka istemaal kiya apney qoul mey? jab ke lafz-e-mujtahid aimma (a.s) ke ahadees mey aur ziaraath ke fiqron mey istemaal huwa hai. 350 hijri ke aik Alim Taqi uddin halabi ne apni kitab mey Imam-e-Ali (a.s) ka aik qoul darj kiya hai jahan moula (a.s) bayan kartey hain "jisney quran ki 500 ayeton mey hum mohammed wa aal-e-mohammed ke fazayel dikhaye wohi thi mujtahid hai" Aur Ali ibn-e-Hussain (a.s) ki ziarath ke fiqron mey aik fiqra hai ke "mujtahideen ko noor bakshney waley" Har shaks jo justaju/ijtehad karta ho azmath-e-aimma (a.s) ko janney ki wo mujtahid hai.

Aik zamaney daraaz se mera maruza raha un tamam hazraath se jo mantey hain ke wo "Taqleed-e-Mujtahid" imam (a.s) ke kehney per kartey hain, aik hadees kutubul arbah ke hawaley se mujhey dedey jahan imam (a.s) ne kaha ho ke "Mujtahid ki taqleed karo" laikin aaj tak kisi ne bhi aisi koi jhooti riwayet tak pesh nahi ki. Halankey sahiban-e-mimber aur sahiban-e-amama se bhi mera bilmushafa maruza raha. Yeh mera sawal khareeb 2006 se musalsil hai. Aur jin sahibeen se baath hoti hai wo yehi kehtey hain ke aap ko kal (tomorrow) yeh hawala mil jayega. Afsoos aaj tak unka yeh kal nahi aya.

Yeh Allah ki kounsi maqlooq hai
تَتَجَافَىٰ جُنُوبُهُمْ عَنِ الْمَضَاجِعِ يَدْعُونَ رَبَّهُمْ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ
Yeh wo log hain jinkey pehlu bichono (beds) se na-ashna (unknown) hain har waqt apney parwardigar se dua (salah) kartey rehtey hain, Aik qouf hai jiskey sabab wo so nahi saktey aur aik tamah ke sabab jagtey rehtey hain aurjo kuch unhey rizq parvardigar kijanib se ata huwa hai usey wo qud nahi khatey kainaath ko khilatey rehtey hain.<sura-e-sajda ayet nishan 16> {Bashariyat ki fitrath mey neend hoti hai aur jiska zikre kiya gaya hai is ayet mey wo tho bistar se ashna hi nahin unhey pata hi nahi hai ke bichona kya hai aur musalsil dua/salah kartey rehtey hain} Is ayet mey us maqlooq ki 2 aham sifaton ka zikre hai, 1) us maqlooq ko neend nahi athi, Aur wo musalsil ibadath mey masroof rehtey hain. Aik aur ayet dekhengey jahan is maqlooq ki kuch aur nishani bayan huwi ho.
وَعِبَادُ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الَّذِينَ يَمْشُونَ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ هَوْنًا وَإِذَا خَاطَبَهُمُ الْجَاهِلُونَ قَالُوا سَلَامًا
وَالَّذِينَ يَبِيتُونَ لِرَبِّهِمْ سُجَّدًا وَقِيَامًا
Jo rehman ke bandey hain poori zameen per iqtedar rakhney ke bawajood khandey jhuka kar naram-ravee (down to earth) ki chaal chaltey hain, aur jab koi jahel unki raah kat-tha hai tho salam kehkar guzar jatey hain, aur yehi hain wo log jo zindagi ki har raath ya sajdey mey ya qayam mey guzari hai. <Sura-e-Furqan 63 & 64> Koun ho saktey hain yeh log jinki har raath ya sajdey mey ya qayam mey guzrey? Kam az kam bashar tho nahi ho saktey kyun ke bashariyat ka taqazah hai neend aur thakan koi aik din ya 2 din ya bahot huwa 3 din shayed aisey guzar bhi sakey (halankey yeh bhi mumkin nahi) laikin ayet mey bayan huwa hai ke har raath jab se duniya mey aye hain tab se har raath yehi amal hai. In dono ayeton ki roushni mey yeh tho pata chal gaya ke wo Jinn-o-Ins kam az kam nahi, kaheen yeh malaika ya farishtey tho nahi? iski wazahat ke liye aik aur ayet ko ghour kartey hain.
فَإِنِ اسْتَكْبَرُوا فَالَّذِينَ عِندَ رَبِّكَ يُسَبِّحُونَ لَهُ بِاللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ وَهُمْ لَا يَسْأَمُونَ ۩
Agar yeh log (ibn-e-adam) takabbur per amada ho chukey hain, (tho kya huwa?) wo log (kafi hain) jo har waqt meri indiyath mey rehtey hain wo din-raath apney rab ki tasbeeh kartey rehtey hain, aur kabhi thaktey hi nahi. <Fuşşilat Ayet nishan 38> Is ayet mey us maqlooq ki sukunath ka zikre hai jo Allah ki ibadat se thaktey nahi Din Aur Raath uski ibadath kartey hain. Aur us maqlooq ki sukunath hai Allah ki indiyath. Aik aur ayeth dekhtey hain jahan sakin-e-Indiyath-e-Ilahi per se parda uthey.
وَلَهُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ وَمَنْ عِندَهُ لَا يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ عَنْ عِبَادَتِهِ وَلَا يَسْتَحْسِرُونَ
Jo koi zemeeno per hai, aur jo asmano per hai wo sab usi (ki maqlooq) haim aur wo (bhi allah hi ki maqlooq hai) jo Allah ki indiyat mey rehtey hain, (aur aisi maqlooq hai) jo na kabhi iski ibadaton per rakabbur karti hai, na kabhi iski ibadaton se thakti hai <Sura-e-Ambiya Ayet nishan 19>
Is ayet mey teen maskan aur teen khisam ke sakin ka zikre hai, pehla maskan Zameen, dusra maskan Asman aur thisra maskan Allah ki indiyath, Zameen ke sakin jinn-o-ins, charind wa parind, aur har harkat karney waley jaan dar hain. Asman ke sakin, Malaika, farishtey hooren hain. Phir yeh thisrey maskan ke sakin koun hain? Sura-e-furqan ki ayet Nishan 63 mey bayan huwa ke wo zameen per chaltey hain, jab ke hoor-o-malayeka wa farishton ke liye zameen per chalna nahi kaha gaya kyun ke yeh asmano se nazil hotey hain aur wapis waheen parvaz kartey hain. Indiyath-e-Ilahi ke sakin wo maqlooq hain jo na sirf jinn-o-ins wa malayka se alag hai balkey insey kaheen zyada baland aur afzal bhi hain, kyun ke farishton ki ibadat ke mutaliq bayan huwa hai ke jo halath-e-sajda mey hain wo halath-e-sajda hi mey hotey hain, aur jo halath-e-ruku ya qayam mey hain wo halath-e-ruku ya qayam hi mey hotey hain. Laikin yeh sakin-e-Indiyath-e-Ilahi musalsil tasbeeh, qayam, sujood aur ruku mey masroof hotey hain. Quran se tho humey itna pata chal gaya ke yeh maqlooq na jinn-o-ins hai, na charind wa parind hai, na farishtey wa malaika hain. Ab hum reseqoon fil ilm se poochtey hain ke aqir yeh sakin-e-indiyat-e-ilahi hain koun? tho iska jawab Imam-e-Jaffer-e-sadiq (a.s) apney aik sahabi mufazzil se kehtey huwey miley "Nahnul lazeena indahu wala kouna kablona" wo hum 14 (a.s) hi tho hain jo allah ki indiyat mey rehtey hain.
Wo maqlooq jo har waqt allah ki tasbeeh karti hai, raath aur din sujood wa qayam mey hoti hai, sab se shafaqat se pesh ati hai jo na kabhi sothi hai na thakti hai aur jo allah ki indiyat mey rehti hai wo hain Mohammed (sawaws) wa aal-e-Mohammed (a.s). Allah Humma Swalley ala Mohammedyun wa aal-e-Mohammedyun wa ajjil farajahum wa lanallah ada-e-Aal-e-Mohammed (a.s)
