Upto some extent you are correct it is a tradition of Imam Reza (as) that "we are proof by allah upon the ollema and they are proof by us upon you" no one can deny it. But the main condition fixed by Masumeen (as) should not by overlooked, where ever we have been asked to approached the olema, Aimma (as) clearly mentioned the qualities of those to whom we have to approach, and upto my knowledge I have not seen a single tradition where we have been asked to follow (taqleed) of any ghairullah / ollema we have been asked to approach them approaching is quite different than following. Such as you approach the Compounder to get the Medicene prescribed by the Doctor. Though you get the medicene from the compounder but you are not under his treatment. You will be under treatment to the doctor who have prescribed the medicenes. Any change or suggesion by the compounder will not be accepted by any patient. Because he is not competant authority to do so. Not let us see what is the common quality described by the Masumeen(as) and to which many verses of quran supports? We have been asked to approach the narrators. What do you mean by narrators? One who narrates the tradition, you may here again have a question that in the present period whether any narrator exist. Yes they exist in shape of books. Usool-e-kafi, furu-e-kafi, Manla Yazarul Faqeeh, in these books you will get the traditions of Masumeen (as) which guides us the every act one will face in his entire life. These books are very well available in the Market as well as online. Secondly you may again pacify yourself that Mujthahids are those who narrates the tradition. I have collected the "Amaliya" of present mujthahids and I have cross checked those fatwas with the traditions. And I have the proof they are quite opposite to the tradition. If you want it will be my pleasure to quote as many as it requisite. And one last thing can any of you or your mujthahid quote a single tradition supporting of applying analogy in Islam? If so please.

Dear brother my simple question is whether your concious will permit to touch "alam / zaree / taboot / jhoola /zuljanah etc." related with the shouhda-e-karbala, when you are in "Najasath" ?  The matter of holy grave / turbah of Imam hussain (a.s.) is far away

Dear brother what is your opinion about the following Q & A

Q: Is a menstruating woman permitted to touch the turbah of Imam Husayn (a.)? Her children used to say their prayer with her and while in menses they ask her why she does not pray. As a result, she stands facing qiblah bowing and prostrating as if she is really praying. Is that permissible?
A) She is allowed to touch turbah. Also, when time arrives, it is recommended for a menstruating woman to change her pad/cotton, make wuḍū’, sit down for a prayer period facing qiblah, and remember Allah, the Exalted.
