"Falan" ba haisiyath-e-nayeb un kaamo ki anjaam deyi ke mukallif hain jin kamo ke anjaam deyi ke mukallim Aimma (a.s) hain. Jaisa ke "Amre" wa "Nahi" ke mamelaath. Jis baath ka dava Wali-e-faqeeh-e-awwal agha Khumaini apni kitab "Hukumath-e-Islamiya" (urdu) translation ke safa No.75 per in kalmaath se kiye hain. Nahjul Israar Qutba-e-Thareeq Safa No.116 per qutbey ke yeh fiqrey darj hain "Quda kis tarha apney bandon per aisey shaks ki ithaath farz kar sakta hai jis se aasman wa zameen ke malkooth poshidah hon?" Qutbey ke in fiqron se to yehi pata chalta hai ke Allah, Rasoolallah (saws) aur Aimma (a.s) hi ki ithaath wajib hai. Phir yeh ghair-e-masoom aur ibn-e-adam ka dava ke is shaks ki ithaath tamam musalmano yahan tak ke tamam faquha-e-aazam per bhi wajib hai kis khadre sahi hai?
Ayethullah Koun hai?:-
Allama Baqer Majlisi jin ki rehlat 1698 A.D mein huwi is se qable ayethullah sirf Masumeen (a.s) hi ko kaha jaatha tha Baqer Majlisi (r.a) ki rehlath ke baad jab shiyath mein Ijtehaad shuru huwa to us ijtehaad ka yeh bhi eik natija hai ke ghair-e-masoom ko bhi ayethullah kehney lagey. Warna Yaqub-e-kulaini (r.a), Sheikh-e-tusi, Ardhbeli, Sheikh-e-Mufeed, Allama Hilli, aur deegar Ollema-e-haq ke naam ke saath kabhi ayethullah nahi milega. Qair humey is se kya ke koun ghair-e-masoom apney aap ko ayethullah kahelwata hai? Hum to yehi dekhengey ke Imam (a.s) ke nazdeek ayethullah koun hai? Qutba-e-Tariq, Nahajul Israar Safa No.109 per darj hai "Aye thareeq Imam Kalmathullah, Hujjathullah, Noorallah, Ehjabullah aur Ayethullah hota hai, is ko quda muntaqib karta hai aur jo kuch chahata hai isko ata karta hai...." Imam (a.s) to keh rahey hain ke ayethullah ka inteqaab allah karta hai aur wo Imam hota hai aur to aur wo allah ka parda hota hai. Ab aap log hi tai karey ke koun apney davey mein sacha hai?
Inshallah agley post mein Waliul amre koun hota hai? aur Kis ko haq hasil hai ke wo Haram aur Halal tai karey is per tafseeli baath hogi aur mukammil hawalon ke saath. Sura-e-Maida ayeth Nishan 8.[5:8] Ya eyyühellezıne amenu kunukavvamıne lillahi şühedae bil kıstı ve la yecrimenneküm şeneanü kavminala ella ta'dilu ı'dilu hüve akrabü lit takva vettekullah innellahehabırum bi ma ta'melun [Translation] [5:8] Believers, be dutiful toAllah and bearers of just witness.
