2.Imam Jaffer al-Sadiq (AS) has said, "I warn you against two tendencies that have caused destruction to people. Beware of announcing your judgment on the basis of your opinion before the people. And beware of treating anything as permissible without due knowledge."
3.Imam Mohammed Baqir (AS) has said, "One who pronounces his verdict (on religious matters) before people without due knowledge and proper guidance is cursed by the angels of mercy as well as by the angels of chastisement and he also bears the burden of the sin of those people who act according to that verdict."
4.Imam Mohammed Baqir (AS) has said, "Say only what you know and regarding what you do not know say, `Allah knows best.' Verily a person may single out any verse from the Holy Quran (and interpret it wrongly) and may fall down deeper than the distance between the heaven and the earth."
5.Imam Mohammed Baqir (AS) was asked, "What is the right of Allah over His servants?" He replied, "They should say (only) what they know and maintain silence in case they do not know"

From the book Ann-ul- Hiat, Chapter on Innovation
It is narrated from Imam Hassan Askaria.s that Imam Ali bin Hussain (a.s) said: When you learn about a scholar who looks like a ‘Alam-e-Deen’, from his appearance, who replies to questions after extensive thinking and taking careful measures and greets with affability and observes humbleness-don’t be simply taken over by these qualities as many people would like to corrupt ‘Deen’ for the sake of worldly benefits, they trick sincere worshiper into their devious web, and rob them from their wealth and once they mange to do so, they get pleasure from their accumulated wealth. However, when you find an ‘Alam’ who refrains from worldly gains and observes religious acts and controls his desires even then do not get trapped in their masquerading manners as there could be many types of ego related desires, hidden underneath! Since an ‘Alam’ keeps away from the unjust wealth but may still be engulfed by other un-Islamic practices. When you confirm that he is not indulged into any of these, even then be careful and take further precautions before trusting him! Until you yourself, do not verify that his practices are according to his preaches and he has sound knowledge- and these should appreciably be reflected from him. The unwise among them (Alam), however, do more harm to the Deen through their critical mistake than any good even when they intend to act with good intentions. And when you make sure that his wisdom is credible even then do not be deceived by him and see if his wisdom keeps control of his wild and filthy desires and see whether he likes the worldly positions and the tendency to be praised by people. As there are few who would trade their ‘Deen’ for worldly gains but end up loosing both of them. Few of them, strife for status, popularity and position at the cost of sacrificing all comforts of their lives. Allahswt would stop His mercy unto them due to their sins and leave them astray in the darkness. They declare Allahswt’s ‘Hallal’ as Harram and Harram is converted into Hallal. Worldly glory and power glitter their eyes and they do not hesitate to trade the Deen to acquire them. They are the ones who will be severely cursed and punished by Allahswt and there is humiliating wrath of Allahswt awaiting them. The brave one is that who holds back his desires in obedience of Allahswt and exerts all his energy as per Commands of Allahswt, He firmly believes in the everlasting respect and bounties of the hereafter as compared with the short lived admiration earned in this world. And the pain and grief experienced in the way of Deen-e-Haq, is minuscule as compared with the pleasures of the garden of paradise. He who has these quality is a ‘Mard-e-Kamil’ (true believer) and worth following! His all prayers are answered by the Allahswt and his all requests are granted by Him.
Here I am trying to show the differences among fallible so called ayethullahs few consider a particular act as haram and the another one as halal they dont even bothered to find out what the infallibles have declared about this. They also do not mind if their decision is going against to the Verse of Quran and the Tradition of 14 infallibles, I request with the readers of this blog to verify the references I am going to quote below. For this you need not have the "Thouzees" at your house almost all so-called "Ayethullahs" are having their official web sites and their "thouzees" are very well available there. And the other books from which Inshallah I will be submitting the reference of traditions, are also available on few sites such as hubeali.com and other sites also can find out with the help of google.com. The very first book compiled by Marhoom Sulaim bin qais-e-hilali, the companion of 5 infallibles Prophet(s) to Imam-e-Zainul Abideen(a.s.) and also the first book of Shia religion with certificate of two Imams(a.s.) viz. Imam-e-Zainul Abideen(a.s.) who certified that the traditions compiled by Sulaim are correct, and Imam-e-Jaffer-e-Sadiq(a.s) who said "how can a shia knows the hidden greatness(Asraar) of us, who do not have the book of Sulaim in his house". In that book of Urdu translation on the page No.60 there is a tradition of Imam Ali(a.s.) who says".....Muslims will be divided among 73 sects, 72 sects will go astray and only one sect will attain salvation, who loves and follow the successor (wasi) of prophet(s), and thirteen sects will pose/challenge (dava) to be my shia/followers among them only one will attain salvation and remaining twelve will go astray". So it is duty of every one who challenge of being a Shia to correct ourselves to become among the one that particular sect which will attain salvation:
In Manlayazarul Faqih Hadees No.1224: Imam-e-Mohammed-e-Baqir(a.s.) says “ agar saath nafar momineen ki thadad hai tho namaz-e-jummah wajib hai, aur is se kam thadad per wajib nahi hai, Imam(a.s) aur Qazi, aur do (2) madda aur maddaley aur do (2) gawah aur eik wo jo Imam(a.s.) ke samne had Jaari karey†It is clear with the bifurcation that One Imam(a.s.) another one is Qazi (arbitrator) one who seeks justice, one from whom the justice has to be/ to be punished, two witnesses and one who punish in front of Imam(a.s.). It is very strange that those who says Namaz-e-Jummah has to be offered in the ghaybat, or occultation. Also believe that Punishment/Had has to be by Imam(a.s.). and now we will se how contradictions are the so called ayethullahs on the same issue Agha Qumaini says in his book (thouzee) page No.119 issue No.733 “One can offer two rakath namaz-e-jummah in the place of 4 rakath Zohar and it is also better if he offer. zohar also. Agha Qoyee in his book (thouzee) page No.143 issue No.740 says that two rakat of Namaz-e-jummah is equal lent to four rakat of zohar so need not again offer the zohar. Agha Lankarani says in his book (thouzee) page No.306 issue No.1536 says that Namaz-e-Jummah and Namaz-e-Zohar is Optional on Friday so it is one’s will which ever he wants can offer, but it is better to offer Namaz-e-Jummah. Agha Khamnai says in his book (Thouzee) page No.83 issue No.354, that if one wants to offer both the namaz on Friday then the “Niyath†should be to “Qurbath†so it means on the day of Friday Zohar a wajib is becoming sakith. Where as the earlier mujthahedeen such as Syed Murthudha Alim-ul-huda and Syed Noorullah Shostri (Sheed-e-salais of Agra India
says that during the period of Ghaibath Namaz-e-Jummah is Haram.
